After over thirty years as a consultant, I have always been involved in documenting and training people with technology.

With the introduction of AI as a toolset and my recent early retirement, I am glad to continue learning every day.

Experience

I have collaborated on multiple aspects, including Architecture Reviews, Roadmap Planning, Build and assist, Hackathons, Proof of Concepts, and Technical Enablement Skills Development. My main focus is simplifying complex topics by developing methodologies and frameworks that bring structure to data enablement. One such framework, the “7 Step Visualization Framework,” has been widely utilized to ensure the success of Data Visualization projects for clients.

As a subject matter Expert (SME) for the data platform at Microsoft, I mentored others, created IP readiness, and contributed to technical communities.

I have been recognized throughout my career with several awards, such as the TechReady Community Champion Award and the DeliverIT Outstanding Contribution Award. I have also twice been part of the One Services Summit Award-winning team and have been a Microsoft Worldwide SME for Database and BI.

Previously, As a co-lead of the Canadian Microsoft Data Community, I am proud of my accomplishments and continue to strive for excellence in the world of data and technology.
